This 5mm-grid ESD anti-static fabric is engineered with 98% high-tenacity polyester as the base substrate, interwoven with 2% conductive carbon fibers, forming a stable 5mm × 5mm conductive grid network through an integrated weaving process. The fabric achieves a surface resistance consistently in the range of 10⁶–10⁸ ohms, with a triboelectric voltage generation below 150V, effectively dissipating static charges generated during operations through the conductive grid pathways.

Features:
1.Permanent Anti-Static Performance: The conductive carbon fibers are molecularly fused with the polyester substrate, ensuring the anti-static property is inherent and permanent—it does not degrade with repeated wiping, cleaning, or prolonged use, unlike surface-coated alternatives.
2.Peel-and-Stick Convenience: The reverse side is coated with a high-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive, allowing for tool-free installation. It can be directly applied to workbench surfaces, equipment enclosures, or walls, and supports repositioning during initial placement without leaving stubborn residue.
3.Cleanroom Compatible: The polyester construction is low-linting and non-shedding, coupled with low ionic contamination characteristics, making it suitable for use in Class 100 (ISO 5) and above cleanroom environments where particle generation must be strictly controlled.
4.Visual Grid Design: The semi-transparent mesh structure enables clear visibility of underlying labels, instrument panels, indicator lights, or workpieces, striking an optimal balance between electrostatic protection and visual management.
